Joe Hobson

Joe is a native of Bryan/College Station.  Born and raised an Aggie, after graduating from Bryan High School he took the natural step and received his Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M in 1988.  Joe's career began in management where for 16 years he worked with Wal-Mart, a job that took him all across the United States. His desire to raise his children around family was realized when he and his family moved back to Aggieland in 2002. Since that time, he has rejoined his family and entered into the Real Estate and Development Industry. Joe is very community oriented and believes in giving back. He served in the Mid-West as President on numerous Boards and with several different Chamber's of Commerce. He also served as the President of the Board of Directors for Common Grace, a multi-denominational organization whose goal was to effectively assist families in times of need.  He works with organizations including the American Cancer Society, Lions Club International, Habitat for Humanity, Keep Brazos Beautiful and the 100 Club. Joe was the 2006 Lion of the Year for the College Station NoonLions Club.  He served as the 2008 President of the Bryan/ College Station Regional Association of Realtors and the 2010 President of the College Station Noon Lions Club.  He served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Realtors in Austin Tx (2009-2016).  He is a Melvin Jones Fellow, a Celeste & Harrison Shepherd Fellow and a Progressive Jack Weich Fellow.  He is also a Progressive Fun For All Park Fellow.  Joe entered the Real Estate world with the same integrity and desire that he lives his life. He focused in his career and has been recognized as a Top Producers each year since he began.  His background in management and customer service sets him apart in his goal to exceed his clients expectations.
